Resynth Mod 1.12.2 gives you a way to grow every resource in minecraft from diamond to glowstone to nether stars using 3 different plant types. What’s more, Resynth is completely configurable, giving you the power to make it as brokenly overpowered or underpowered as you like!
Features:
Resynth focuses on three things:
- Provide a way to grow every resource (ores, mob drops, modded resources and other miscellaneous resources) with some variety and mechanics.
- Allow you to decide the difficulty.
- Integrate tightly into the game – no need to go out of your way to get seeds or resources.
Resynth adds 3 different plant types to Minecraft which grow different types of resources
- Crystalline – For ores that don’t need smelting (Minecraft Wheat Equivalent)
- Metallic – For ores that do need smelting (Minecraft Melon Equivalent)
- Biochemical – For mob drops
Seeds are obtained differently depending on the plant type – For the crystalline and biochemical plants, seeds are obtained simply by mining and killing mobs. Metallic plant seeds are obtained by blowing the ore block up. A plant only ever drops one seed.
A new mechanic – Resynth plants grow a bit differently when compared to vanilla Minecraft plants. They require a special block to be planted, Mineral Soil, which has a distinct property – a mineral content percentage. This value controls how fast the plant grows. Plants growing on mineral soil with a low mineral content will grow extremely slowly, while plants growing on mineral soil with a high mineral content will grow quite quickly.
