Ore Bundle Mod

Ore Bundle Mod is a very simple mod that adds 11 new balanced ores to the game, along with tool and armor sets for every one of them. The mod is compatible with Biomes O’ Plenty (which for example has Sapphire but with no use except of decoration blocks) and probably all other world generation mods.

Features:

• Tin – the most common ore, almost seen anywhere underground. Slightly better than wooden tools. Mineable with stone pickaxe.
• Copper – the second most common ore, that you’ll see often even above the ground. Slightly better than stone tools. Mineable with stone pickaxe.
• Bronze – unfindable ore. Craftable with a single Ingot of Tin and Copper. Better than Copper Tools.
• Lead – uncommon ore, mostly found underground. Better than Iron and Bronze gear. Mineable with iron pickaxe.
• Sapphire – rare ore. Spawns below level <32. Better than Lead and close to Diamond. Mineable with iron pickaxe.
• Topaz – rare ore. Spawns below level <40 but in smaller groups. Similar to Sapphire but with better durability. Mineable with iron pickaxe.
• Aquamarine – rare ore. Similar to Topaz but with better durability (and looks – at least for me). Mineable with a sapphire, diamond and topaz pickaxe.
• Ruby – rare ore. Better than diamond. Requires a sapphire, topaz, aquamarine or a diamond pickaxe to mine.
• Amethyst – very rare ore with spaws similar to diamond ore. Better than Diamond and Ruby. Requires a aquamarine or a ruby pickaxe to mine.
• Platinum – the rarest overworld ore used to create really powerful gear. Spawns close to lava. Can only be digged with an amethyst pickaxe.
• Enderium – another unfindable ore, that needs to be crafted using Chorus fruit, 4 end stone blocks and 4 obsidian blocks. Used to create the most powerful gear. Enderium tools need to be crafted with use of Iron Rods instead of regular wooden sticks. Iron Rods crafting is the same as sticks crafting, but using iron ingots instead of wood blocks. It is an endgame ore.

How to install:

1. Make sure you have already installed Minecraft Forge.
2. Locate the minecraft application folder.
   • On windows open Run from the start menu, type %appdata% and click Run.
   • On mac open finder, hold down ALT and click Go then Library in the top menu bar. Open the folder Application Support and look for Minecraft.
3. Place the mod you have just downloaded (.jar file) into the Mods folder.
4. When you launch Minecraft and click the mods button you should now see the mod is installed.
