More Crops Mod is capable of installing a number of different crops as well as a variety of plants to the game which drop useful things. Also, more plants will be added in the future.
Drops:
- Diamond Plants drops a single Diamond and 0-3 seeds (like wheat)
- Emerald Plants drops a single Emerald and 0-3 seeds (like wheat)
- Gold Plants drops a single Gold and 0-3 seeds (like wheat)
- Iron Plants drops a single Iron and 0-3 seeds (like wheat)
- More to come.

Diamond Plant (Grows Diamonds)
Seeds grow on coal blocks and lava must be somewhere around the 8 adjacent spots of each coal block. The lava must also be open to air (the block above it must be empty). Currently grows and drops like wheat.
Warning: Working with lava is dangerous. Make sure to keep all flammables stored safely. Note: Coal blocks are flammable.

Diamond Seeds
Made by surrounding a Nether Star with 8 Diamond blocks. Expensive, but well worth it.
Emerald Seeds
Made by surrounding a Nether Star with 8 Emerald blocks. Sure to crash a village economy.
Iron Seeds
Made by surrounding a Nether Star with 8 Iron blocks. Never mine for Iron again!
Gold Seeds
Made by surrounding a Nether Star with 8 Blocks of Gold.
How to install:
- Download and install Minecraft Forge.
- Download the mod.
- Go to %appdata%.
- Go to .minecraft/mods folder.
- If the “mods” folder does not exist you can create one.
- Drag and drop the downloaded jar (zip) file into it.
- Enjoy the mod.
