Metal Chests Mod is a great mod that can help you to expand your storage. This mod adds tons of upgradeable options to increase your single block storage! This is basically a better alternative to Iron Chests.
Features:
- Adds a variety of metal chests!
- Differs from Iron Chests by having NO Dirtchest900, Crystal Chest or Iron Shulker Boxes!
- Unique customization for inventory size, upgrade path & holding enchant bounds if Thermal Expansion is present!
- Right-click holding redstone to make a chest trapped (do the same to remove the redstone)!
- Right-click holding glowstone dust to make a chest luminous (do the same to remove the glowstone dust)!
- If Thaumcraft is installed, adds Metal Hungry Chests and Upgrades! (crafted via Arcane Workbench)
- If Refined Relocation 2 is installed, adds Metal Sorting Chests!
- If both Thaumcraft and Refined Relocation 2 are installed, adds Metal Sorting Hungry Chests!

How to install:
- Make sure you have already installed Minecraft Forge.
- Locate the minecraft application folder.
- On windows open Run from the start menu, type %appdata% and click Run.
- On mac open finder, hold down ALT and click Go then Library in the top menu bar. Open the folder Application Support and look for Minecraft.
- Place the mod you have just downloaded (.jar file) into the Mods folder.
- When you launch Minecraft and click the mods button you should now see the mod is installed.
