DragonCraft is currently a forge based mod, and is running off of Forge 9.10.0 and you can download forge from the below link!

Download and install Minecraft Forge installer
Download Dragoncraft Mod
Drag and drop the downloaded jar file into the .minecraft/mods folder. If one does not exist you can create one.
